Welcome to Queens Park and Marylebone Counselling & Psychotherapy
I am a Minster Centre trained and qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, practising in Queen's Park, London NW6 and in Marylebone, London NW1. My aim as a therapist is to explore with you the possible reasons why life is currently feeling so difficult or distressing and, in so doing, arrive at understandings that will endure and continue to serve you well in your life beyond therapy.
My experience of academic and of corporate life and my training in integrative counselling and psychotherapy enable me to draw on a wide range of skills and tailor my approach to your individual needs. I offer brief, solution-focused therapy for specific problems or longer term, deeper, analytical work on concerns that may be more fundamental in nature. Early morning, daytime or evening appointments can be arranged.
- I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), registered with the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapy (UKCP) and supervised in my practice in accordance with the requirements of both organisations.
- All my counselling and psychotherapy work is carried out in compliance with the BACP Ethical Framework and the UKCP Code of Ethics.
